In-Service Description: This training is for any educator planning to apply for career ladder. New employees with less than 5 years experience are encouraged to participate to learn about the career ladder and understand how to develop their portfolio and documentation to keep. A separate training will be held for CNEP Area Coordinators and District/Area Specialists as standards have changed for those groups.

In-Service Instructors: Career Ladder Committee

First Objective: Provide overview of the career ladder, outline the standards required to address, and provide examples to assist applicants in developing their portfolio.

Second Objective: Provide opportunity for Q&A to address specific questions. Breakout rooms will be provided in the afternoon for Ag, FCS, 4-H and Level 3 participants.
