First Objective: Participants will learn the basics of the OK Way program and be prepared to teach it in their communities.

Second Objective: Participants will receive access to the program materials.

Third Objective: Participants will refresh their own customer service skills.

Intended Extension Educators: Educators from any program area who are interested in teaching Extension's Customer Service program in their own communities. If you have been a PRIDE instructor in the past, you are welcome to attend, but you may want to consider the Zoom version that is being offered at 2pm on April 17th. Again, that option is only for experienced PRIDE instructors.
