In-Service Description: Let's Do (Make) Lunch Around the World is a curriculum developed by Lesa Rauh that focuses on Family Resource Management and contributes to the state issue team, Health and Hunger. The curriculum is broken down into four world regions: The Americas - Amish Country, Brazil, Mexico, the Caribbean; Africa & Middle East - Ethiopia, Israel, Lebanon, South Africa; Europe - France, Greece, Ireland, Italy; Asia & South Pacific - Australia & New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, and The Philippines. Each world region contains four stand-alone lessons with recipe sets that can be combined or taught individually.
