In-Service Description: Dr. Nurhan Dunford, Extenison Specialist for Oil Seed Chemsitry, will talk on selecting fats and oils for healthy cooking. The BAE Update is a four-time-a year in-service provided by Specialists in the Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering Department (BAE). It is a one hour zoom only in-service that meets on Fridays 12:00 noon to 1:00.

Third Objective: Provide educators with updates on programs offered by specialists in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering; current research and teaching in Biosystems Engineering and Agricultural Systems and Technology.
