Pressure Canning for New Educators

In-Service Description: This hands-on home food preservation workshop will equip county educators with knowledge in safe pressure canning practices. The first half of the workshop will be an informational session covering current USDA guidelines on safe practices and resources. The second half will include hands-on practice so that participants can apply their learning by performing the key steps of pressure canning. (This will be a repeat of the 2024 in-service for those who were unable to attend).
