In-Service Description: The in-service will introduce the 2026 Plan of Work (POW). Educators will receive individualized assistance with their POW. District Program Specialists will provide guidance and give suggestions in the development of individual POW.

In-Service Instructors: Mike Trammell, Sara Randolph and Susan Allen

First Objective: Participants will learn about the 2026 Plan of Work (POW) and will receive assistance in completing their individual POW.

Second Objective: Participants will analyze Program Advisory Committee (PAC) recommendations, identify POW objectives, and choose FCS, Ag, and 4-H programs with evaluations to meet POW objectives.

Third Objective: Participants will develop objectives and plans to reach diverse audiences to increase participation in extension programs.
